Entara’s advisory board is composed of experienced energy industry executives who provide strategic guidance, analyze plant performance, and contribute to organizational design, among other operational aspects. Additionally, advisory board members undertake project-specific work, such as new asset diligence. The board convenes for four formal meetings annually, with significant interaction occurring between these meetings.

  • Experienced refining executive at Phillips 66 who held global responsibility for all 13 refineries in the company, including during high-volatility COVID period
  • His roles at Phillips 66 include EVP Refining, EVP Midstream, SVP HSE, Projects and Procurement, and previously VP HSE at ConocoPhillips.
  • Former board member of Phillips 66 Partners and CP Chemical, American Fuels and Petrochemical Manufacturing Association (AFPM), API Downstream Committee, and Fuels Europe.

Steve Mawer

Steve Mawer joins Entara’s Advisory Board, bringing extensive leadership and industry expertise. Mawer currently serves as Chair at Calumet Specialty Products, ClimeCo Corporation, and is a Board Member at Zenith Energy Management and Howard Energy Partners. With over 14 years of experience as President of Koch Supply & Trading and 4 years on the Heritage Environmental Services’ Advisory Board, Mawer brings deep knowledge in energy, chemicals, and decarbonization leadership. He holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.

Peter Terenzio

Vice President, Human Resources and Labor Relations & Advisory Board Member

Peter Terenzio, Director of Global HR & Labor Relations, is a seasoned professional with a rich background in human resources. Notably, he managed HR and labor relations for 8,500 employees at Phillips 66 as HRBP Manager, Global Refining. His expertise extends from a prior role as HRBP Manager of Global Refining at ConocoPhillips. Armed with a B.A. in International Relations from Lehigh University, Terenzio brings a strategic and global perspective to the realm of human resources and labor relations.
