We are pleased to announce Matthew Johnson has joined the Entara team as our new Manager of Asset Strategy.
Matthew supports corporate development and operations management through inspired leadership, analytic curiosity, and human-centered collaboration.
His track record of success in the refining industry most recently includes a position as Asset Performance Manager at Crossbridge Energy where he led the roll-out of Asset Improvement Plans, stewarded strategic performance targets, and actively participated in Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) due diligence.
Prior to Crossbridge Matthew spent several years at both Valero Energy and ExxonMobil in various process engineering and operations roles, before progressing to a focus on Refinery Competitiveness.
Beyond his impressive professional achievements, Matthew is a multilingual communicator, fluent in both English and Spanish, and currently working hard to add French to his growing repertoire.
