We are pleased to share that François Serizay has joined Entara as our new Regional HR Manager – Europe.
François Serizay brings multi-cultural and cross-sectional experiences in all aspects of Human Assets Management. His expertise spans Europe, America, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific, having worked in large and medium-sized American and European corporations within the e-commerce, specialty chemicals, and oil and gas industries. Notably, Serizay also has an impressive track record in the automotive sector, making him ideally suited for challenging transition roles in leading organizations.
Fluent in French, English, and German, Serizay’s geographic mobility, professional flexibility, and personal resilience enhance his capacity to contribute effectively in Entara’s growing and globalized environments. His specialties include managing turnarounds, sites reengineering, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, change management, international recruitment, industrial relations and union negotiations, and global performance improvement.
Most recently, Serizay served as the HR Director for Damen ShipRepairs SAS from November 2022 to March 2024. His earlier roles include HR Director for Bonna Sabla (Consolis Group), managing the Industrial Relations, Labor Law, and Litigation Department for Saipem/Sofresid Engineering and serving as Director of HR and Administration for Société des Mines de Fer de Guinée.
François Serizay’s global background and diverse HR skills will be invaluable as Entara looks forward to engaging with the Fos-sur-Mer workforce.
