We are happy to announce Chris Johnson as Entara’s Human Resources Manager.
Chris joined us in November 2023, bringing expertise in various critical aspects of human resources management.
With a strong foundation in staffing, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, outplacement, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Chris is well-equipped to lead our HR initiatives. His analytical skills and systems-oriented approach, combined with his interpersonal abilities, have enabled him to build successful relationships at all organizational levels.
Chris’s career in human resources spans over two decades, with significant roles specific to the refining industry. Prior to joining Entara, he served as a Human Resources Consultant at Crossbridge Energy A/S, where he played a key role in enhancing HR operations and employee relations from September 2021 to October 2023. Before that, Chris was an HRBP Manager at Phillips 66, overseeing human resources practices that supported employee engagement and organizational development from May 2012 to August 2021. His earlier roles include Director of Global Human Resources Operations at Solutia and HR Manager at Valero Refining.
At Entara, Chris will focus on leveraging his specialties in global labor relations, staffing, compensation, and benefits.
